Terms and conditions

1. refundment

The customer has the right to revoke the purchasing agreement without stating a reason within 30 days after receipt of goods. Contract revocation must be received within this period. The customer is obligated to send back the goods. The costs for the return shipment will be payed by us. Please send back the goods in an insured packet and keep the voucher for payment on file. If you wish to, we are likely torefund the costs for the return shipment in advance. Otherwise you will receive the refund after we have received our goods.

In case of a valid return any performance received by both parties are to be returned, as are benefits derived from such performance. If you can not return the performance entirely or partially, or only in a declined condition, you must pay compensation for the value in this respect as the case may be. This does not apply if the deterioration is due exclusively to inspection of the goods - as it would have been possible to the consumer for instance in the retail shop. The consumer can avoid the compensation of value by not using the goods like a proprietor and omitting everything which impairs their value.

2.shipping charges

EU: The prices mentioned in our online shop in EUR are consumer prices and include the statutory sales tax.

The shipping costs within Germany is always € 3,95.

3. shipment and time of delivery

Under reservation according to the availability of a product we ship with DPD.
Normally, the time of delivery lasts about 1-2 workdays.

We are not liable for the availability of offered goods as well as misprints. Technical changes reserved.

8. Notice of defects

Complaints or incorrect delivery are to be reported at destination within 14 days after the receipt of goods. If the notice of defects is acknowledged we have the choice of whether we will withdraw from the contract, compensate or lower the price.

9. Conclusion of contract

All products offered in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. Our offers are subject to confirmation. Slight variations between the images of a product and the original are standard and do not mean a loss in value. After typing in your personal data and by clicking the button “Submit Order” you place a formally binding order. The purchase contract becomes valid when we send you a confirmation about your order via email immediately after your placement. We will save your ordering data and send them to you via email together with our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions can be looked at online at every time. Your ordering data are not accessible via the Internet which is for security reasons.

10. Exclusion of liability for external links
